Presenters will be staying at the Iona Hotel at the Vancouver School of Theology, located on the University of British Columbia campus. The address is 6000 Iona drive. The hotel's website can be found here. Your taxi driver will likely know the best way to reach the hotel from the airport, but just in case, directions can be found here.
Check in time at the hotel begins at 3 pm. The office of the Iona Hotel is only open until 4:30 pm. If you are checking in after this time, you will have to retrieve your key from a lock box using a code (strange I know). Information about the process will be sent to you by email. There will be a conference package which will contain maps, bus tickets, a notebook, etc in your room.
Check out time at the hotel is 10:00 am. If your flight leaves substantially later than that on the 18th, the Iona hotel is willing to hold your bags at the front desk until a more convenient departure time, although keep in mind that the desk closes at 4:30 pm.
