The Northwest Linguistics Conference is an annual conference for graduate students in linguistics to share their work in a friendly atmosphere, and meet colleagues from other universities, both locally and internationally. The venue rotates on a four year cycle, between University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, University of Victoria, and the University of Washington.

Attendance at the conference is $10, to be paid with cash or cheque at the conference. This registration fee will be used to cover the costs of catering during the conference.

The proceedings for the conference will be published by UBC Working Papers in Linguistics. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, June 16 and the style sheet will soon be available on the UBCWPL website. Questions should be directed to Heather Bliss.
