Research Interests

My primary interests are speech motor control & development, and its interplay with phonological acquisition and articulatory phonetics. My other research interests include question formation and the syntax of interrogative clauses in Blackfoot, and the phenomenon of initial change across the Algonquian language family. I am a member of the department's Algonquian Research Group
