Current Projects
We have recently begun a group project researching the Algonquian-wide phenomenon of initial change. Drawing on data from Plains Cree, Blackfoot, Mi'kmaq, Ojibwe, and other Algonquian languages, we are investigating phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic aspects of initial change.
